Your next talk matters
too much to wing it.
Individual coaching built around your specific moment — your content, your audience, your stakes.
When do you need individual coaching?
Coaching is the right choice when the stakes are specific, the moment is defined, and the cost of being unprepared is real. Here are the moments we prepare people for.
TEDx Talk Preparation
You have one shot, a strict time limit, and an idea worth spreading — but it needs a shape. We build the architecture first, then the delivery. 25+ TEDx talks coached to the stage.
Book a Discovery CallInvestor Pitch & Fundraising Deck
The structure of a pitch is not the same as the structure of a presentation. This coaching sharpens your narrative, your numbers story, and your ability to handle the Q&A under pressure.
Book a Discovery CallBoard or Executive Presentation
Boards don't want detail — they want clarity, confidence, and a recommendation. This coaching helps you structure for decision-makers and present with the authority the room expects.
Book a Discovery CallConference Keynote
A keynote is not a presentation. It requires a different architecture, a different relationship with the room, and a different preparation protocol. We build all three.
Book a Discovery CallFour steps from discovery to stage.
Every coaching engagement follows the same architecture — because preparation without structure is just practice, not progress.
Discovery
A 30-minute call to understand your situation, your talk, your audience, and your timeline. No coaching starts without this step — the architecture depends on knowing exactly what we're building.
Architecture Session
Together we build the structure of your message — what to say, in what order, and why. No coaching before the architecture is right. This is the session where everything clarifies.
Delivery Coaching
2 to 4 sessions on presence, voice, physical alignment, and Q&A. Each session is recorded so you can review your own progress. You hear yourself differently when you can watch it back.
Final Rehearsal
A full run-through with real-time feedback, filmed if needed. Simulated conditions, hard questions, real pressure. You walk in prepared — not because you memorised it, but because you own it.
What a programme looks like
in practice.
Diagnostic
We start by understanding your context: your audience, your stakes, your current strengths, and your blind spots. No programme starts without this.
Architecture
We build the structure of your message — before slides, before delivery. Everything starts here. A strong architecture is the single highest-leverage intervention.
Delivery Work
We film, we watch, we adjust. Voice, presence, pacing, eye contact. Three focused changes per session. You hear yourself differently when you can watch it back.
Rehearsal
Real conditions, real pressure. Not run-throughs — actual rehearsals with feedback designed to simulate what you'll face in the room.
Follow-up
One session never changes everything. We build in a structured follow-up to lock in the change and address what came up after the moment.
Prepared. Not just rehearsed.
There is a difference between knowing your slides and owning your message. Coaching gets you to the second.
- A message architecture you can defend and own
- Presence tools you can access under pressure
- A Q&A preparation protocol
- Video recordings of all sessions for review
- Confidence that comes from preparation, not luck
High stakes. Real results.
"I had 6 weeks to prepare my TEDx talk. Damien helped me find what the talk was actually about — then build the architecture around it. The difference between session 1 and the stage was remarkable. The audience felt it."
"My investor pitch went from 'interesting' to funded. The structure change alone was worth 10x the coaching investment. Damien's approach is rigorous — he doesn't just make you feel better about your talk, he makes the talk better."
The practical details.
Every engagement is scoped to your specific moment and timeline. Here's what a typical coaching programme looks like.
Your next high-stakes moment is coming.
The question is whether you'll walk in with a map. A 30-minute discovery call is the first step — and it costs nothing.
